Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor by modeling service and standards, driving omni-channel and virtual selling, and using clienteling, loyalty, and customer data capture to support repeat business. Recruit, onboard, and develop talent while managing KPIs, schedules, payroll budgets, safety, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy to maintain an exceptional store environment.
