Job Summary

Lead enterprise cloud security operations for patching and vulnerability remediation across Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments. Own governance, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of cloud patch management while coordinating with infrastructure, cloud operations, cybersecurity, application owners, and managed service providers. Drive SLA-based remediation for critical vulnerabilities, deploy and maintain security tools, and ensure accurate ServiceNow CMDB and asset compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage cloud and infrastructure patch management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments, including governance, schedules, and emergency patching.
•Ensure critical and high-risk vulnerabilities are remediated within SLA timelines and manage remediation across OS, cloud services, middleware, databases, and infrastructure.
•Lead deployment, onboarding, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of cloud security and vulnerability management platforms, monitoring tool coverage and agent health.
•Drive ServiceNow CMDB accuracy and cloud asset compliance through discovery, classification, governance controls, and resolution of CMDB discrepancies.
•Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for patch compliance and remediation progress, and provide weekly/monthly status reporting and executive summaries.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
•8+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations, or Vulnerability Management.
•5+ years of experience managing enterprise patching and remediation programs.
•Strong experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud environments.
•Deep understanding of operating systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security controls.
