Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Implement and coordinate the site’s continuous improvement (CI) initiative by building a plant CI team and partnering with it to run the site Lean efforts. Identify waste and improvement opportunities through operational evaluation, facilitate VSM and Kaizen activities, and develop solutions that reduce waste and improve performance. Document and standardize gains while teaching, coaching, and training employees to eliminate waste, and prepare regular reports.
