Job Summary

Own delivery of revenue and asset/liability targets for an existing corporate client portfolio and responsible acquisition of new clients. Support strategic growth by cross-selling and expanding banking wallet share in companies with international footprints. Monitor and screen the portfolio for early warning signals, complete annual reviews, and ensure covenant/approval housekeeping is tracked and closed on time. Mentor ARMs, manage stakeholder coordination, and maintain FCC compliance and risk escalation for credit, operational, regulatory, financial crime, reputational, and sustainability risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver revenue and asset/liability targets from the existing client portfolio and acquire new clients in a compliant manner.
•Support strategic growth targets through portfolio returns alignment and cross-sell initiatives to expand banking wallets in internationally active companies.
•Monitor and screen the portfolio for early warning signals and take corrective actions; complete annual reviews and ensure covenant monitoring and housekeeping are closed on time.
•Mentor ARMs to meet client needs and support ARM development, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient servicing.
•Ensure timely compliance with FCC requirements and implement audit and regulatory recommendations, including proactive identification and mitigation of financial crime risks (AML, sanctions, and AB&C).

Key Requirements

•CA/MBA with at least 5 years of relevant experience in client management and corporate banking.
•Demonstrate sound commercial banking skills, including credit and lending, trade and treasury products, key market sectors, local regulatory environment, and financial analysis.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Ability to work on fast turnarounds, tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
•Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage; successfully complete required Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment.
