Job Summary

Build and grow BytePlus’s channel and technology partner ecosystem for GenAI/LLM enterprise solutions. Own partnership initiatives globally from scratch—develop ecosystem strategy, establish long-term partner relationships, and negotiate partnership and GTM agreements with cross-functional teams. Enable partners with tailored programs to accelerate technical and sales readiness, drive market awareness through scaled outreach (webinars, videos, conferences), and help create a revenue-generating B2B business unit.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement BytePlus ecosystem strategy via partnerships with channel partners, technology partners, and ISVs.
•Establish long-term, productive business relationships with top-tier global partners.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to negotiate, build, and manage partnership and GTM agreements.
•Create and deploy customized partner enablement programs to accelerate partner readiness.
•Drive partner awareness and promotion through conference speaking, webinars, videos, and other outreach.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and/or technology partnerships.
•Experience across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS markets and/or AI/Agents/GenAI spaces.
•Proven track record leading and growing partnerships through upselling and relationship building.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Experience building scalable partnerships with VCs, global system integrators, channel partners, and technology partners (preferred).
