  • •Supervise daily work and safety of Warehouse Technicians engaged in shipment unloading.
  • •Conduct daily audits to ensure documentation accuracy and correct material handling and storage.
  • •Drive productivity, accuracy, and expense control by meeting departmental performance goals.
  • •Identify and label inbound material accurately to set up warehouse operations for success.
  • •Develop action plans, review operational reports, and coach associates through training, feedback, and performance appraisals.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five (5) years of work related experience in a warehouse environment is required.
  • •Experience supervising in an automated material handling environment is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of warehouse systems and processes, including WMS, LMS, and SPC to recognize and address variances.
  • •Ability to read and understand technical/financial materials and operational reports, with computation/mathematical ability.
  • •Obtain and maintain a Secret government clearance (current Secret required and must be able to obtain).
