Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, including forecasting issues and gathering materials.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology plus hand tools and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record use/wear/conditions to maintain security and accountability of company assets.

Salary: USD 23.8 - 43.85 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, with typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency using a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to meet safety and physical requirements (e.g., PPE use, ladder work, lifting/moving up to stated weights).
