Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for commercial HVAC customers in a defined market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems, collaborating with internal teams and partners on new setups and retrofits. Use HVAC theory, pipe fitting knowledge, mechanical layouts, and blueprints alongside hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology to diagnose and complete repairs while maintaining strict safety and asset accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with a team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, including forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Diagnose and repair HVAC units using hand tools, blueprints/engineering specifications, and relevant software/technology.
•Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use and condition.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.8 - 43.85 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations.
•EPA Certification.
•Must be able to meet safety and physical job requirements (PPE, ladder use, lifting/mobility, and extended standing).
