Job Summary

Own commercial operations support by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans across the division. Partner with commercial leadership to deliver planning guidance and detailed performance reporting for business reviews, scorecards, and town halls. Track sales KPIs, support OKRs, and collaborate with Sales and Finance on divisional forecasting and monthly sales forecast commentary. Drive reporting and project rollouts for national initiatives while coordinating stakeholders across commercial excellence, marketing, S&OP, finance, and chains.

Key Responsibilities

•Support commercial operations through reporting, data collection, and consolidated feedback to coordinate divisional meetings and communication touchpoints.
•Partner with division commercial leaders to operationalize commercial strategy via planning guidance and regular performance reporting.
•Track and report sales KPIs, analyze commercial performance for trends/opportunities, and support OKR implementation and follow-up.
•Collaborate with Sales and Finance on divisional forecasting (volume/value), monthly sales forecast reporting, and Sales Commit/RF cycle consistency.
•Support rollout of national initiatives by organizing trainings/meetings, developing timelines, reporting milestones, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,400 - 139,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•5–7 years in commercial operations, sales support, or business analysis roles, preferably in consumer goods or beverage industry.
•Advanced/expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
•Strong data analysis skills using reporting tools and dashboards.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, plus advanced project management and coordination skills.
