Coordinate fuel delivery logistics for General Aviation customers as the primary dispatcher for the Business Aviation team. Handle inbound fuel requests via email or phone, enter orders into the GA order entry system (OTS), and arrange deliveries with preferred carriers. Resolve logistical issues quickly, recommend alternatives, and collaborate with Supply, Accounting, and other departments to ensure timely, successful deliveries and excellent customer experiences.
