Job Summary

Provide in-person client service in a branch by assisting customers with account transactions and servicing needs while identifying and resolving servicing issues. Listen for financial wellness needs during conversations and transition clients to a banker for deeper guidance. Accurately perform teller functions, balance cash drawers, follow compliance/audit/security procedures, and stay current on product guides, fees, and policies. Participate in in-branch huddles and debriefs, including Saturday work as directed.

•Identify, resolve, and escalate client servicing issues as needed.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker; help clients achieve goals using financial wellness tools.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures; balance the cash drawer within balancing guidelines and process cash transactions accurately.
•Review product guides, fees, and policies; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, including Saturday work as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23.08 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Experience in a client service role (required).
•Experience in cash handling (required).
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
•Notary License (preferred).
