Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide compliance and privacy advisory support by identifying applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRRs) and relevant requirements associated with business processes, programs, and controls.
  • •Partner with Governance & Control and business partners to design and enhance controls, including recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • •Assess the applicability of LRRs, support LRR mapping within the RCSA program, and advise on compliance impacts to processes, controls, issues, and remediation activities.
  • •Interpret Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) results and advise business partners on prioritizing actions to address compliance risks and gaps, including advising through issue, event, and remediation lifecycles.
  • •Facilitate the review of marketing and other customer-facing materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and enterprise requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in compliance, legal, privacy, or regulatory advisory within the financial services industry.
  • •Experience in governance, risk management, or operational risk management within the financial services industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements and advising business stakeholders on compliance risks, controls, and regulatory obligations.
  • •Strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • •Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., J.D.) preferred.
