Nursing Manager (Mediclinic Limpopo, Polokwane, ZA, Plein Stre)

Lead and direct the nursing service to ensure patient safety and a strong patient experience. You will compile, implement, and monitor the hospital’s nursing strategy; drive quality nursing care and continuous improvement; and manage nursing resources for operational efficiency. The role also includes leading and managing people in the nursing department and managing key stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective clinical risk management and staff performance.
