Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Finance R2R transformation and ERP Finance projects, integrating the Finance core model with upstream and downstream processes across the organization. Own project planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and risk/issue management while ensuring Agile (Safe) delivery, compliance, and milestone success. Drive organizational change and user adoption, and support business analysis by streamlining finance processes using SAP S/4HANA and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Finance R2R transformation and ERP Finance projects, ensuring EF core model integration within E2E processes.
•Drive integration of Finance processes with Logistics, MRO, and Industry domains to build a unified and optimized ERP ecosystem.
•Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, timelines, budgets, resources), overseeing delivery from initiation to completion.
•Manage stakeholders as the primary point of contact: set expectations, communicate progress, resolve conflicts, and support alignment.
•Coordinate Agile delivery by leading cross-functional teams, tracking risks/issues, and ensuring end-of-phase deliverables and project methodology accountability.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, International Accounting, Audit, or Business IT with relevant certifications.
•10+ years’ experience leading finance transformation or large-scale projects and system implementations in an international environment (e.g., complex organizations or consulting).
•Solid foundational knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax), Compliance, and Audit business processes.
•In-depth experience in Finance R2R process design and integration with D2M, O2C, S&D and SAP ERP S4H transformation.
•Good project management skills (LBIP+ Agile) and a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus; experience in change management.
