Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of collective trainers to manage development, organization, and delivery of training and educational programs for customer personnel.
  • •Develop technical and training solutions for Army mission command training using staff training best practices and IT disciplines.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute unit collective training across battalion to division levels, supporting unit commanders’ training objectives.
  • •Assist unit leadership with planning, identify resource/training/equipment gaps, and coordinate to ensure gaps are addressed before execution.
  • •Serve in mentorship or observer/trainer roles as requested, gather observations for After Action Reviews (AARs), and maintain a repository of relevant TTPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Secret clearance required to start.
  • •15+ years of related experience in military supervisory and C2 experience.
  • •BS or BA degree and completion of Army Command & General Staff College (CGSC).
  • •Advanced knowledge and ability to train individuals in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and command post operations.
  • •Experience leading at battalion or higher level, including having served as a battalion commander or as a battalion S3 or XO.
