Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore and implement AI initiatives in development as part of the AI transformation strategy.
  • •Design and build automations, integrations, and standardized workflows for developer delivery.
  • •Work with teams to design, improve, and operate platform capabilities such as CI/CD, developer workflows, and integrations.
  • •Contribute to shared standards, governance, and tooling with architects, security, and peer platform teams.
  • •Grow adoption through documentation, tutorials, and presentations while continuously improving reliability, usability, and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to improve systems, processes, and developer experience.
  • •Solid experience in platform engineering and/or developer experience.
  • •Hands-on CI/CD and delivery automation experience, ideally with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
  • •Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • •Deep hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes plus GitOps workflows (e.g., OpenShift/GKE and ArgoCD), and experience with major cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
