Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advice to clients and colleagues on placement design, coverage/capacity, likely pricing, and coverage enhancements.
  • •Manage client relationships, including client meetings and lead quote broking activities.
  • •Benchmark and advise on placements; establish and manage a pipeline, and produce and deliver tenders.
  • •Review and create submission materials, including MRC firm order broking and related processes (e.g., Ebix/wet stamps/email).
  • •Deliver technical wording advice, support training/guidance, and coach/mentor colleagues, while complying with Aon UK Risk Management Framework and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of Specie & Fine Art and strong understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes.
  • •Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service.
  • •Experience managing effective client relationships and leading client meetings.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high numeracy and clear communication/presentation abilities.
  • •Excellent understanding and application of compliance and FCA regulation, with a professional and integrity-focused approach.
