Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, interpret referrals, identify functional limitations, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  • •Deliver, monitor, and modify physiotherapy interventions to optimize mobility, function, physical performance, independence, and rehabilitation outcomes.
  • •Establish patient-centered goals and educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, self-management strategies, and health promotion initiatives.
  • •Use standardized outcome measures to evaluate progress, monitor patient response, and adjust rehabilitation programs.
  • •Ensure patient safety through ongoing risk assessment, adherence to clinical guidelines, and best practices; maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy or a recognized Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in physiotherapy and long-term care/rehabilitation.
  • •Proven experience delivering evidence-based rehabilitation services in a CARF or JCI-accredited healthcare environment.
  • •Completion of relevant specialty qualifications and certifications in accordance with DOH/DHA requirements for the clinician’s area of expertise.
  • •Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and relevant advanced certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS, depending on specialty area.
