•Architect the long-term financial roadmap for Offchain, aligning fiscal strategy with growth targets and ecosystem evolution.
•Lead treasury management and capital allocation strategies to optimize liquidity and risk in a digital-asset-centric environment.
•Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
•Serve as a core advisor to the executive team, delivering data-driven insights and financial modeling for high-stakes decisions.
•Design and implement scalable financial tech stack and data infrastructure to automate reconciliations and provide real-time performance visibility.
