Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
  • •Perform beauty services: makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about trends and product knowledge.
  • •Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and follow health and safety protocols.
  • •Foster inclusiveness and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
  • •Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and contributing to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.2 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
  • •1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
