Job Summary

Provide leadership and coordination to sustain process and control instrumentation and equipment. Troubleshoot advanced controls and automation systems, support maintenance teams with electrical, hydraulic, vacuum, and pneumatic issues, and calibrate/repair instrumentation and lab equipment. Develop task procedures (TES) and deliver training to maintenance associates, while coordinating software/firmware changes and acting as a liaison between operations and engineering to ensure compliant, safe execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership, coordination, and organization to sustain process and control related equipment.
•Troubleshoot advanced controls and automation and support maintenance teams with electrical, hydraulic, vacuum, and pneumatic instruments.
•Develop procedures (task element sheets or equivalent) for process and control instrumentation to support compliant maintenance.
•Coordinate software and firmware changes within the process area consistent with configuration control procedures; act as a liaison between operations and engineering.
•Provide training to maintenance associates and assist with minor repairs/calibration of relevant lab and inspection equipment, including afterhours support when needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma / GED.
•Associate degree in electronics or equivalent military training and experience.
•Maintain IME certification by fulfilling all requirements.
•Proven knowledge of electronics and electrical.
•Proficiency integrating control systems using computer software and working from drawings, schematics, parts lists, and manuals.
