Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance plans and activities safely and on time, maintaining high craftsmanship.
  • •Utilize CMMS to execute and follow up on maintenance activities including inspections, calibrations, repairs, and rebuilds.
  • •Use troubleshooting and root cause analysis to support corrective actions for equipment/system failures.
  • •Apply advanced maintenance techniques (thermo-graphic, ultrasonic, vibration analysis) to assess equipment health and predict failures.
  • •Repair, modify, and improve assigned production equipment using precision maintenance techniques; identify and correct hazardous conditions and adhere to safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have 1 year of Industrial Maintenance Mechanic experience.
  • •Applicant must be forklift certified or able to get certified.
  • •Ability to safely operate a forklift and safely perform work including LOTO, hot work permit, and confined space entry.
  • •Must be able to understand technical and training manuals and complete required documentation accurately and timely.
  • •Previous experience, special training, and formal education in a mechanical capacity is preferred.
