Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of software managers and engineers to improve individual and team performance.
  • •Manage SDLC end-to-end for embedded software, covering planning, requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, project managers, architects, hardware engineers, acoustics, QA/test, and factory teams) for execution and integration.
  • •Drive innovation using AI, automation, and customized tools to improve workflows, software quality, and product features.
  • •Monitor team performance and quality metrics, act as stakeholder point of contact, manage expectations, resolve issues, and provide risk-mitigating project updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of embedded software development experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • •Proven experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivering complex software projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with Linux and RTOS platform development; familiarity with Linux kernel and board bring-up, device driver development, memory, sensors, and power management.
  • •Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
