Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard new customers, develop AI agents, and support existing accounts to help customers go live with AI agents
  • •Track agent performance and customer health metrics; assist with customer communications and resolve basic issues
  • •Support customer workshops and training sessions and prepare materials for meetings
  • •Build and refine AI agents and assist with onboarding/workflow creation for pilots
  • •Translate customer feedback into insights for product and engineering teams and help scale telli

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 36,000 - 60,000 annually
