  • •Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterative improvements while making trade-offs across speed, UX, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
  • •Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows into usable customer journeys.
  • •Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and learning after launch.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management with high ownership.
