Key Responsibilities

  • •Own employee lifecycle transactions in Workday (new hires, job changes, departures) for UK, EMEA, and APJ, ensuring data is accurate and audit-ready.
  • •Use AI tools to streamline People Operations workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • •Handle employee and manager questions via the ticketing system, resolving routine requests and escalating when needed.
  • •Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including background checks and new hire setup.
  • •Support international benefits, coordinate EMEA/APJ payroll with providers, and manage immigration/visa work with an immigration provider and counsel.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in a People, HR, or operations support role, preferably in fast-paced tech companies.
  • •Comfort working with employment laws and standards across the UK, EMEA, and APJ.
  • •Strong familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday preferred), background check processes, and international benefits programs.
  • •Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying detail-oriented and discreet with confidential data.
  • •Right to work in the UK; hands-on HRIS experience and confidence learning new tools quickly.
