Job Summary

Lead enterprise network infrastructure across LAN/WAN, partnering with project and cross-functional teams to deliver routing, switching, wireless, and firewall solutions. Own Cisco ACI components and support data center networking using Cisco Nexus 9k platforms, including migrations from traditional designs to Cisco ACI. Integrate service appliances (ADCs and firewalls), troubleshoot and document issues, manage escalated tickets via ServiceNow, and operate in rotating 24x7 on-call environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Support routing and switching, wireless, LAN/WAN, and firewall capabilities for enterprise networks.
•Own and manage Cisco ACI network architecture components and ensure data center networking support using Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k.
•Develop and contribute to migration plans from traditional data center designs to Cisco ACI and integrate service appliances including ADCs and firewalls.
•Ensure configurations comply with network standards by reviewing logs and operating SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, and NMS.
•Handle escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution via ServiceNow, including rotating on-call and 24x7 support.

Key Requirements

•10+ years managing LAN and WAN infrastructures, with 10+ years routing and switching experience.
•10+ years experience with routing protocols and enterprise networking technologies, including wireless and Palo Alto.
•5+ years experience with Cisco ACI and working knowledge of data center networks using Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k platforms.
•Ability to design and contribute to migration plans from traditional data center networks to Cisco ACI deployments.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
