Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop environmental solutions using scientific principles, theories, and existing technologies for technical problems with limited scope.
  • •Prepare technical work plans and reports, interpreting and recording data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • •Plan, execute, analyze, and report on environmental measures in natural systems.
  • •Collect environmental samples (soil, soil vapor, groundwater, surface water, sediment), prepare samples for shipping, and complete chain-of-custody or similar paperwork.
  • •Coordinate with task/project managers and support subcontractor oversight (e.g., labs and excavation/drilling), including field documentation and hazard recognition/remediation investigation support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (or related discipline) or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License and passing a Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •As a condition of employment, pass medical surveillance screening.
  • •Ability to meet medical clearance requirements for an OSHA (HAZWOPER) medical surveillance physical examination.
  • •Preferred: EIT (or on track to obtain within one year).
