Job Summary

Own end-to-end production supply planning for semiconductor products—from wafer fab output through final finishing pack-out. Analyze supply–demand gaps and root causes, manage planning parameters, and drive OSAT performance to improve throughput and efficiency. Simulate NPI and sustaining scenarios using capacity/HW planning and operational indices, monitor supply capability and WIP/cycle time, and coordinate internal/external cross-functional teams to recover excursions and close the gap.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze supply–demand matching, identify root causes/shortages, and drive actions to close supply gaps.
•Be accountable for end-to-end product/project ownership to meet production supply targets from wafer fab through final pack-out.
•Manage OSATs to drive throughput and efficiency.
•Manage planning parameters and collaborate with ENG/IE to improve supply planning and execution.
•Run supply planning scenario simulations (including NPI/sustaining) and monitor supply capability, WIP movement, cycle time, and aged materials to mitigate risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,245,720 - 1,779,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree or above in business/material management, industry engineering, or production control.
•3–6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing production planning and control under a supply chain organization.
•Experience with outsourcing/OSAT management or design-house related activities.
•Ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and Chinese, verbally and in writing.
•Demonstrated end-to-end ownership mindset for production supply targets from wafer fab to finishing goods pack-out.
