•Lead the store team to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and drive sales.
•Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
•Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
•Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 26.5 hourly

•Must be 18 years or older.
•2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
