Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical consultation on production strategy based on event goals, scope, and vision.
•Oversee the design, setup, and configuration of control room elements to deliver high-quality client events.
•Determine required hardware and production assets, and oversee testing and quality control of equipment before events.
•Direct and support production operations such as audio mixing, robotic cameras, virtual platforms, graphics, video playback, streaming, lighting design, and teleprompter execution.
•Execute virtual events on platforms like StreamYard, Wirecast, and VMix, and troubleshoot client production facilities/control rooms.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in event production, broadcast, video production, or a similar field.
•1+ years of experience in onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events.
•Studio production and event experience, including control room equipment (video switchers, audio consoles, robotic cameras, video playback software).
•Knowledge of virtual production and meeting platforms.
•Experience with production environments and tools such as Ross; switchers/routers (Ultrix, Carbonite, Ultra); audio systems (Yamaha, Dante, Shure, intercom); and post-production software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
