Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute global logistics strategies and assigned projects/operational tasks.
  • •Implement processes and process improvements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Support internal and customer-specific requests on import logistics issues, including escalation point guidance.
  • •Act as the key interface between Global Logistics business owners, Sales sub-teams, and LSPs, providing functional guidance including onboarding.
  • •Optimize worldwide import deliveries for assigned destination regions, create/maintain SOP & GSI for inbound, and review/enhance KPI logic with LSPs to drive performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or a related field.
  • •5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • •Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
  • •Proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable business goals and implementing strategy to achieve targets.
  • •Strong communication skills with excellent English (written and spoken).
