Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sector operational performance using KPIs, and drive transformation and development plans, including internationally.
  • •Ensure rollout of group actions for offer and project governance (Baseline Authority) and support operational execution through program reviews.
  • •Coordinate workload planning across centers of competence and business entities to size staffing for offers, projects, and centers of competence.
  • •Run the transformation plan (Force 6), including adoption of new practices and AI, while partnering with HR for staffing, quality, and staffing readiness.
  • •Oversee service-industrial policy, cost and production plans, homologations, outsourcing strategy with SOW validation, and crisis business continuity; manage PMO, configuration/obsolescence, employment account, digital tools, and day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+5 and/or engineering degree in cybersecurity.
  • •At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects and associated engineering.
  • •Experience leading product development and/or system/service integration, including IT/Telecom domains.
  • •Demonstrated capability to drive transformation focused on performance and competitiveness.
  • •Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, with strong organization and English proficiency.
