Senior Representative Talent Acquisition - Waverly Plant

Provide customer service and administrative support to applicants and the Talent Acquisition team at assigned plant locations. Partner with plant HR teams across the recruitment process—application review, interview scheduling, and offer creation/extension—while ensuring the candidate experience aligns with Tyson Foods guidelines. Help with hiring compliance requirements (including OFCCP guidelines), handle onboarding items such as orientation and I-9, and support department goals and metrics.
