Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with program quality teams, programs, customers, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to facilitate technical quality, financial performance, and compliance to procedures and contractual requirements.
  • •Interface with internal/external customers and key partners to establish effective relationships.
  • •Manage and impact across multiple levels of stakeholders to support role success.
  • •Assure inclusion of quality requirements, planning, and consistency for program proposals and management of the quality budget.
  • •Monitor/lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) and FRACAS activities and generate Cost of Quality (CoQ) projects; implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) as applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in a STEM field and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
