Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and support enterprise encryption services protecting data at rest, in transit, and transaction data.
  • •Implement changes and support end-to-end Visa PKI infrastructure, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting PKI and HSM data protection systems under standard procedures and change control.
  • •Support certificate management requests within defined procedures and service level agreements; resolve problem tickets and assist other staff.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot PKI and HSM infrastructure services for problems and failures, providing support and resolutions.
  • •Document design, installation, and operations/maintenance guides; assist with audit/compliance documentation and maintain internal asset inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •2 or more years of work experience.
  • •Flexible, self-motivated, results-oriented team player who meets tight timelines.
  • •Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functional areas while understanding operational/cultural issues.
  • •Familiarity with key management systems, certificate automation, operating systems, security protocols, and native/transparent database protection functionalities.
