Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering teams to define and implement IaaS products that help them build and deploy faster.
  • •Implement monitoring and alerting based on symptoms, and help ensure enterprise-grade SLAs are met.
  • •Design, build, and operate internal software frameworks for asynchronous/background processing at massive scale.
  • •Evolve frameworks built on technologies such as Sidekiq to reliably execute trillions of jobs per day across a globally distributed platform.
  • •Provide PagerDuty on-call support to respond to availability incidents and prevent incidents from happening through continuous improvements.
