Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, negotiate, and administer NDAs, TAs, subcontracts, and related agreements in line with client requirements and company procedures.
  • •Participate in capture activities including pricing and scheduling strategy, managing subcontractor data calls, and coordinating stakeholder communications.
  • •Ensure timely subcontract negotiations for fair and reasonable pricing and compliant terms and conditions.
  • •Create and maintain compliant audit files and provide advice/interpretation of subcontract requirements, including stakeholder reporting.
  • •Serve as liaison between program and subcontractor teams on contracting issues and provide guidance to less-experienced subcontract administrators.

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years of related Subcontracts Administration experience.
  • •8+ years of related Subcontracts Administration experience.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and SharePoint.
  • •Extensive knowledge of subcontract administration practices and processes.
  • •Extensive knowledge of laws/regulations and policies governing subcontracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CAS.
