Own strategic sourcing and category management for the Infrastructure spend portfolio, including cloud, data center, network/telecom, hardware, storage, compute, and managed services (about $150M). Partner with technical and risk stakeholders to optimize cost, mitigate risk, improve supplier performance, and support enterprise technology objectives through robust market and commercial expertise.

•Develop and execute infrastructure category strategies aligned to business priorities, technology roadmaps, and future-state operating models.
•Manage supplier spend across cloud, data center, network, telecommunications, hardware, storage, compute, managed services, and workplace technology solutions.
•Lead complex sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract renewals, benchmarking, and competitive bid processes to drive value and manage risk.
•Partner with Infrastructure, Architecture, Engineering, Security, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Risk stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and support strategic technology initiatives.
•Conduct market analysis and maintain knowledge of infrastructure technology trends, supplier landscapes, pricing models, licensing structures, and emerging industry practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
•8+ years of total relevant work experience.
•Experience managing infrastructure sourcing categories, including cloud, data center, networking, telecommunications, servers, storage, managed services, and end-user computing.
•8+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management supporting enterprise technology organizations.
•Proven success leading complex supplier negotiations and contract renewals with major technology providers, with strong understanding of infrastructure commercial models and licensing.
