Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret and transcribe medical reports and correspondence related to patient assessment, procedures, diagnoses, prognosis, and clinical course.
  • •Listen to dictation and transcribe into diagnostic test results, operative reports, referral letters, and other healthcare documents.
  • •Operate and utilize designated word processing, dictation, and transcription equipment to complete assignments.
  • •Meet required efficiency levels set by doctors/department while providing quality transcription through proofreading and proper resources.
  • •Maintain confidentiality of all transcribed report contents and comply with OSH, infection control, emergency/evacuation, waste management, and training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school level or equivalent and a graduate qualification.
  • •At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist.
  • •Ability to transcribe medical/audio files with 100% quality.
  • •Excellent command of oral and written English (Arabic desirable).
  • •Strong listening and communication skills to understand diverse accents and dictation styles.
