Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips, and ensure project governance and processes are used.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly.
  • •Forecast and update key project milestones and budget while producing formal project status reports and other required reports.
  • •Manage interfaces between suppliers and coordinate project information through regular meetings and written communications, including responding to RFIs from the field.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in a construction related role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or field related to construction.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
