Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve the technical vision and strategy for the team.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, applied science, and data science on strategy and execution.
  • •Drive team execution against team-specific OKRs.
  • •Guide complex technical tradeoff decisions and ensure infrastructure owned by the team is maintained and scaled.
  • •Hire, coach, and manage full-stack engineers at all levels, and build a high-performing team culture.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in an engineering management role.
  • •5+ years of experience building software at scale.
  • •Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners and teams outside the org.
  • •Strong technical skills to guide teams in making the right tradeoffs.
