Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of cloud-native services for the Caching Solutions and Rewards System teams. •Lead the development effort end-to-end for cloud-native applications across the Caching Solutions and Rewards System teams while delivering against business commitments.
•Translate product needs into executable technical plans, align scope and sequencing, and ensure delivery predictability.
•Own solution design and implementation for complex features, leading architecture/design reviews aligned to engineering standards.
•Remain hands-on by contributing to code, performing code reviews, guiding implementation patterns, and resolving complex engineering problems.
•Mentor and guide engineers, coordinate technical dependencies/integrations with internal teams and vendors, and provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and mitigations to leadership.

•Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS and PCF, with working knowledge of MySQL and observability tools like Splunk/New Relic.
