Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability between Zip and Oracle Fusion.
  • •Design and optimize the global S2P process, ensuring a frictionless hand-off from intake/sourcing to purchasing/payables in Oracle Fusion.
  • •Serve as functional lead for Oracle Fusion Procurement, building intake workflows and configuring requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier portals.
  • •Own functional health of Oracle procurement integrations by monitoring data flows for requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier master/compliance changes.
  • •Manage release management and governance for Oracle updates, including quarterly impact assessments and lifecycle management (requisitioning, purchase orders, receipts, and invoice matching).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Contracts).
  • •5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
  • •Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • •Proven experience managing API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs, including approval flow translation into Oracle.
  • •Certifications in relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement module (plus experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in production).
