Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial data programs, owning scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery health across multiple workstreams; establish outcomes, success metrics, and value realization plans tied to commercial priorities.
  • •Drive commercial analytics initiatives to support sales growth and efficiency by partnering with Sales, Sales Excellence, and Commercial Operations on initiatives such as incentive plan analytics, headcount allocation, territory planning, channel analytics, and translating business questions into data requirements and insights.
  • •Enable executive-ready insights and decision support by delivering concise storytelling with data; build and maintain executive artifacts (one-pagers, scorecards, KPI definitions, program updates) for leadership reviews and strategic planning.
  • •Strengthen data quality, governance, and operational excellence by ensuring standardized definitions, lineage, documentation, data quality monitoring, issue remediation, and scalable data assets across teams.
  • •Manage program communications, release plans, training readiness, and adoption tracking; maintain high-quality documentation in knowledge repositories to sustain and scale solutions

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data program management, analytics delivery, commercial operations, or related roles
  • •Working knowledge of Power BI (semantic models, dashboards, KPI scorecards), SQL (querying, validation, reconciliation), Python (analysis, automation, data validation), Databricks (lakehouse concepts, notebooks, job pipelines), and program delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)
  • •Strong commercial domain knowledge (sales processes, Sales Excellence concepts, incentive plan principles, headcount/capacity planning, channel analytics)
  • •Proven experience leading complex analytics/data/commercial programs with on-time delivery across multiple stakeholders
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field
