•Lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of technical documentation across products and platforms.
•Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of docs.
•Develop and enforce documentation standards, templates, and style guides for consistency.
•Produce and maintain API references, user guides, release notes, and in-product help content.
•Continuously improve documentation processes and tooling to scale with product growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
•3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation
•Proficiency with documentation tools (Markdown, AsciiDoc, or similar) and content management systems
•Ability to collaborate with software engineers and product managers to extract and structure information
•Strong editorial skills with attention to detail and consistency
