Finance Manager (JP)

Establish and manage the finance function for Avolta Japan, ensuring robust accounting, governance, and financial controls that support the launch and growth of the business. Lead month-end close and reporting, manage Japanese statutory and tax compliance, and oversee audits, tax filings, and relationships with banks and advisors. Partner with Operations and regional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and business performance insights, while building scalable processes and supporting SAP finance.
