Key Responsibilities

  • •Accompany the leader in key internal and external meetings, capture high-level notes, and ensure follow-up on strategic commitments.
  • •Strategically plan and manage a complex calendar across multiple time zones and regions, resolving conflicts and protecting high-leverage time.
  • •Provide executive briefings and gather context/materials before meetings to keep the leader fully prepared.
  • •Manage communication across APAC, including organizing and drafting correspondence to ensure clarity and alignment across partners.
  • •Plan and manage extensive travel and on-the-ground logistics, and run expense reporting, trackers, and regional leadership events coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership (VP level or above) in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • •Highly organized with a business-partner mindset; able to create structure out of ambiguity and think several steps ahead.
  • •Native-level fluency in English and Korean, with the ability to draft professional correspondence in multiple languages; advanced Japanese is a plus.
  • •Able to work flexibly across multiple time zones and remain calm under pressure with short deadlines.
  • •High discretion and judgment, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and independently prioritize work.
