Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, including driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing.
  • •Execute branch business development and revenue growth strategies for small business and mass affluent segments.
  • •Promote Truist’s Purpose, Mission, and Values and maintain a positive community public image.
  • •Partner with IRM and operations partners to ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics, and ensure required training is completed.
  • •Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
