Job Summary

Partner with lawyers at current and prospective customers to uncover workflow pain points and translate legal insights into tailored Harvey solutions. You’ll serve as the voice of the customer, build and refine product demonstrations and use cases aligned to real legal work (including AI changes), and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing. You’ll also deliver APAC-specific market intelligence while strengthening Harvey’s credibility across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Work directly with lawyers at current and prospective customers to uncover workflow pain points and recommend solutions aligned to real legal work.
•Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback and legal workflow insights into lawyer-ready product direction.
•Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape the roadmap and ensure the product evolves lawyers trust and adopt.
•Build and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases reflecting how legal teams actually work, including how AI changes that work.
•Provide APAC-specific competitive and market intelligence and strengthen Harvey’s reputation across the region as a credible AI partner.

Key Requirements

•Australian practising certificate (or equivalent common-law qualification).
•At least 3 years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house with exposure to complex legal workflows.
•Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make confident, well-reasoned recommendations.
•Ability to operate seamlessly across legal, product, and sales contexts, translating between stakeholders with clarity and precision.
•Executive presence and relationship-building skills with comfort engaging partners, senior associates, in-house counsel, and legal leadership.
