Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with lawyers at current and prospective customers to uncover workflow pain points and recommend solutions aligned to real legal work.
  • •Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback and legal workflow insights into lawyer-ready product direction.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape the roadmap and ensure the product evolves lawyers trust and adopt.
  • •Build and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases reflecting how legal teams actually work, including how AI changes that work.
  • •Provide APAC-specific competitive and market intelligence and strengthen Harvey’s reputation across the region as a credible AI partner.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian practising certificate (or equivalent common-law qualification).
  • •At least 3 years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house with exposure to complex legal workflows.
  • •Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make confident, well-reasoned recommendations.
  • •Ability to operate seamlessly across legal, product, and sales contexts, translating between stakeholders with clarity and precision.
