Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale (stickering, marking, and moving using tow truck or forklift).
  • •Scan the lot and use electronic devices to record vehicle movement and inventory accuracy.
  • •Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles, adding fluids/air, and verifying vehicle status.
  • •Remove personal property from vehicles and maintain accurate lot organization.
  • •Communicate with shop/operations teams to ensure efficient flow from check-in to the auction sale line and maintain safe work areas.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license that meets requirements.
  • •Safely drive a variety of vehicle makes/models/sizes, including tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
  • •Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
